We specialise in controlling the work programme to enable prompt use of the office, production or loading areas. This is achieved by providing critical path programming, working 24 hour, 7 day shifts if necessary to keep business interruption and down time to an absolute minimum.

For those new projects where both owner occupiers and new tenants need to be operating and working with a smooth transition, a phased handover can be incorporated into the working programme. While implementing these tight targets, we always remain totally focused on the health and safety of both our own workforce and the employer’s contract staff and employees.
