As we have been carrying out our own housing development work for many years we have a good understanding of the individual nature of each project and never make the mistake of assuming that all housing schemes are the same. We can provide assistance to developers, on small and medium scale projects, whether it be from feasibility stage, partial or all inclusive building work, through to marketing and sale.

Close relationships with Local Development Control depart­ments as well as the N.H.B.C, of which Mixbrow have a class A1 rating, help to ensure that problems, often encountered with Local Authorities and peculiarities of design, are alleviated. As well as keeping ourselves updated with developments in technology and building processes, we endeavour to tailor our services to keep abreast of planning guidance, which changes, on a regular basis.
