Mixbrow Construction awarded new £2.5 million pound Design and Build contract...
Mixbrow Construction is pleased to announce a positive start to the New Year with the award of a Design and Build project for the construction on a new high dependency care home.

Baylham Barns Care Home Ltd will be a £2.5m build contract, with breaking ground at the site at Baylham in Suffolk due shortly in 2010. The programmed completion is expected in early 2011.

Recent months have seen the tender levels steadily increase, with opportunities and projects being received for Industrial, Commercial and Facilities Management, as well as Residential and Housing Association Schemes.

In fact project enquiries in all levels of the Company’s activities have seen a marked growth. This is seen as a big plus for the Company as their principles of customer service and delivery of a competitive, quality product brings back customers time and time again.
