Within a partnering framework, we welcome the opportunity of setting up a dedicated management team to design, manage and execute the whole process, liaising closely with our Clients at all times. This process will include; familiarisation of our Clients' business needs and critical areas that need additional consideration; value engineering to provide cost savings at concept and during the course of the works; continual improvement to design elements and programming of works; agreeing and establishing performance objectives; and providing a priority service with enhanced commitment to the Client.
Alternatively we welcome the opportunity of acting as a preferred contractor for our Clients. As a preferred contractor Mixbrow Construction commit to providing a competitive service, ensuring enhanced response times and consistently high quality levels. A preferred contractor scheme allows the Client additional choice dependant upon the type and location of the work and availability of the preferred contractors resources at any given time.
