Management System
Our Health & Safety Management System is fully compliant with the requirements of International Standard OHSAS 18001 and is integrated into all aspects of our business. We are also accredited under Safecontractor and the Contractor’s Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS).

Continuous Improvement
Our commitment goes beyond the establishment of safe places of work and robust risk management processes. We are passionate about developing our staff through the provision of guidance, support and training.

All contracts managers and site managers have received training under the CITB Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

95% of our management, supervisory and site staff currently hold a relevant Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. We continue to work towards our target of 100%.
