Site Manager

We are currently seeking an Experienced Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Contracts team duties will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of construction site
  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors
  • Coordinating and liaising with Contracts team, clients, and subcontractors
  • Conduct health, safety, environmental & quality inspections
  • Ordering equipment & materials

Candidates should have experience of working with others, problem solving and managing their workload.

Previous site manager experience and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications are necessary.

Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Role Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will carry out a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks across our projects, supporting site teams to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with broad trade skills who enjoys problem-solving and working across different project types.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of trade tasks, which may include:

  • Basic carpentry, patch plastering, and general finishing works
  • Minor brickwork and repairs
  • Basic plumbing tasks and fixture installations
  • Painting, decorating, and making good
  • Installing fixtures, fittings, and site materials
  • Assisting other trades where required
  • Ensure all work meets specifications, drawings, and quality standards
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report concerns promptly
  • Work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy, safe working environment
  • Support project progress to meet programme deadlines

Required

  • Proven experience in a multi-trade or similar construction role
  • Good practical skills across a range of trades
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Relevant trade qualifications or CSCS card
  • Experience working on live construction sites
  • Additional tickets or certifications (e.g., PASMA, IPAF, First Aid)

Groundworker

Role Overview

As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for preparing construction sites, carrying out a variety of groundworks activities, and supporting the safe and efficient delivery of projects. You will work closely with other trades and site teams to ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including:
  • Excavation and site preparation
  • Drainage installation
  • Concreting, kerbing, and edging
  • Laying foundations, footings, and sub-structures
  • Flagging, paving, and slabbing
  • Trench work and ducting installation
  • Operate plant and machinery (if appropriately trained and ticketed).
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with site specifications and drawings.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements, reporting any concerns to the Site Supervisor.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and subcontractors.
  • Maintain good housekeeping on site.

Required

  • Proven experience in groundworks
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
